The form asks for the few things we need in order to reply properly. It takes a couple of minutes. What comes back is a set of questions, a suggested walk-round date and a plain quote — written by a person, from the bookings address.
What happens next
After you press send
The brief lands in the bookings inbox, which is read by the crew, not a call handler. Within two working days you get a reply that asks the questions the form could not — usually about the shift pattern, the quiet room and the faces that can be filmed — and offers a date for the walk-round. Most walk-rounds happen on a video call; a visit is offered where the site is large or the light is awkward.
After the walk-round we send the shot list, the day plan and the quote in one message. If you go ahead, the date goes in the diary and this page has done its job.
